A manufactured planet is also known as a man made planet. Sometimes it is an accident, junk floating in space, or other times it is made on purpose. Reasons for making a planet include, economic purposes, fuel stops along the way, empire expansion, etc. It ranks as Type 14 on the Planetary Classification scale.
