UT Time is Universe Time and is used to describe time in the universe. It was first used by the Zeto-Mans as measurement of the half-life of the radioactive decay in the heart of their star. It is commonly used as their planet is likely to survive another many billion years, thus keeping a stable and consistent time. Note that planets still have local times, and that UT Time only applies to those in space, outside the orbit of any other entity.
